1) Introduction of Company
  Q: Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
  A: We are a manufacturer, specifying in producing and exporting faucets and faucets accessories.

2). Price list
  Q: could you please send us by email your newest pricelist and catalogue  
  A: On account of the fluctuations of raw material and foreign exchange, the quotation will be easily    changed. So the price list of all our products are not available for supply and we quote for customer' particular require.  

3).Term of Payment
  Q: Which are your usual terms of payment?
  A: We generally ask for payment by T/T in advance and Letter of Credit

4). Faucets Quality
  +Q: Pls inform us your faucets' body material?
     A: our products with Cast Solid Brass Body H58-59
  +Q: Pls inform us the material of connection hoses?
     A: All connection hoses with EPDM in s.s
  +Q: Pls inform us if the lever handles are Zink or plastic
     A: zinc-alloy handle and levers
  +Q: Pls inform if the pop-up waste is with metal or plastic plug?
     A: both metal and plastic plug available.
  +Q:Pls inform us material of wall S-connections and wall rosettes supplied with different wall mounted faucets
     A: our standard is Stainless steel.

5) Warranty
 Q: do you give any certificates and guarantees for each of the item?
  A: Within 5 years warranty except economic series with 2 years.

6).Minimum quantities
  Q: what is your minimum quantity for the items in the order?
  A: 100pcs for each model except for sample order. 

7).Samples
  Q:How can I get samples?
  A: if sample value under 30$,we can send by free of charge. otherwise we would charge sampls.
      For Sample delivery, it's better if customer can have collect courier account number. or customer can arrange local courier company to pick up samples from our factory. ALso we can arrange in our side and charge courier fees accordingly.
